Wednesday 1/2/08 Week3

Morning weight was 154.4. Down a couple from yesterday. No beer, no wine last night. First real day back to work and kept busy and didn't think about eating or snacking.

Breakfast was oatmeal, lunch was leftover veg/beef soup and an orange. Dinner was a bowl of south beach cereal because I was in a hurry to get the boy off to basketball practice at 7pm. No workout tonight, but I was considerably active at basketball practice (I am the coach).
