Thursday 1/3/07

Slept very well last night. Woke up energized. Morning weight was 154.8. Breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled in the microwave. Lunch was roast beef, cheese, and an orange. Had some nuts between breakfast and lunch to tide me over. Dinner is crock pot burgandy beef (well sort of, didn't have red wine for the recipe). Either way, it is good and low carb. Crystal light to drink of course.

I did Workout B tonight. I installed a chinup bar in the workout room and it worked out well. I was feeling hungry about an hour later so I put down a scoop of protein powder in water to keep me from snacking on something bad.
