Friday 1/18/08

Nothing crazy to report about Friday. Breakfast was a powerbar, lunch was steak and steamed broccoli at Lone Star Steak house. Dinner was Southwest chicken salad. This was an easy prep meal. I took some ranch dressing and added taco seasoning, made some black beans, and toasted some pita to make "chips" by putting them in the oven with a spritz of grapeseed oil and kosher salt. Threw all of that on a plate to make a southwest chicken salad.

I was very pleased that the weeks eatings were healthy and efficiently prepared. On Sunday I prepared steak and chicken breasts on the grill and they lasted all week in many forms.
