The "good morning" exercise... now I know why it is named as it is. My hammies were appropriately sore this morning. Very nice.

Power bars for breakfast. Ham, cheese, carrots for lunch with water. Dinner was baked ham, sweet potato, and peas. Simple but good.

I worked out doing some bench, curls and situps. The "mirror" workout.

Hey Craig -

My name is Jay, and i was doing some research on the TNT Diet, and stumbled upon your blog. How has this been working for you, especially coming off of long beach? I have just started, and am feeling the carb crave a little. Any advice for someone who is in the beginning stages of a low-carb diet?
Also, I have tried to access your webpage, and can't seem to. Is it on my side? I use the ScrubIT internet filter, and it keeps blocking it. Also, great post on SEO on your other blog. www.shoutitlouder.com is a web design company that I am doing some consulting with, although more on the business/ sales end.
Keep up the good work. Hope you achieve your goals!

Hey Jay, the TNT Diet has been the most effective plan I have ever followed. I recommend it for anyone.

Getting past the cravings (early on) is difficult. The key is to keep some nuts and water nearby for you mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. Don't eat too many. Palmful is enough. Keep busy at work or whatever you do and you will forget all about the cravings.

Good luck.
